The World Famous Tan Hill Inn Britain’s Highest & Britain’s Best Pub are proud to announce an intimate gig with The Hoosiers. The full band will be performing on stage in our beautiful barn for 200 lucky fans. Bands often describe these rare occasions of these Big Gigs as the absolute best gig venue due to the ambience of the place set in beautiful stunning Swaledale countryside. It’s magical.
Fans will be wild camping / Glamping / Sleeping in Caravans and Camper vans all adding to the electric vibe, where fans feel they are truly going to witness something special.

About The Hoosiers
The Hoosiers are a pop/rock band from Reading, Exeter and Sweden. The band members are Irwin Sparkes (vocals, guitar), Martin Skarendahl (bass and backing vocals) and Alphonso Sharland (drums). Their most well-known singles are Worried About Ray and Goodbye Mr A., Worried About Ray reached #16 on the UK Singles Chart dated 24 June 2007 on downloads alone. The single has climbed to #5 with CD sales included. Their second single Goodbye Mr A entered the charts at #5, and climbed another place to #4.
